How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who contacts Supplieddid Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Supplieddid Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Supplieddid Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@supplieddid.property and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
First, we will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
